First things first, I love your blog! It’s so cute and helpful. I have a quick question: do real preps consider Abercrombie & Fitch “preppy”? I love timeless pieces like cardigans and blazers but I’m not sure if Abercrombie is preppy or not.

I love timeless pieces too, they never go out of style! Instead of shopping by brand, I suggest looking at the overall design of the clothing. Look for good material and classic tailoring. Abercrombie & Fitch does design some preppy-inspired clothing, however; it is not considered a traditionally preppy brand. Generally, preppy brands are more modest, clothing that you can visit your grandparents in. A few of the traditionally preppy brands include: Lilly Pulitzer, Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Burberry, Lacoste, and Sperry.
