The view from Wimbledon's Center Court
Break out your tennis whites, the champions have gathered at the All England Club for two exciting weeks at Wimbledon. And what is a better way to celebrate than with a white party? Unless you have a DVR, plan for your guests to arrive early to watch the tennis matches.
What to Serve:
Get creative with brunch foods: egg-white omelettes, white asparagus, scones with butter, brie cheese, and white cheddar popcorn for snacking. Serve sparkling water, clear sodas, white wine, champagne or check out the Hostess with the Mostess for some white cocktail ideas.
Party Decorations:
Wimbledon is a class event. Decorate the party area with white linens and flowers such as lilies, roses, and hydrangeas. White candles in hurricanes are another great touch. Even better if you can host the party outside and drag a few TVs alfresco! Tell your guests to wear white, tennis gear is optional.
