Inspired by the new Lilly bedding collection, I took a long look at my own bedroom and decided it was time for a change. I spent the weekend partaking in some much-needed spring cleaning. January is a great time to refresh the old abode; if its too cold to go out, you might as well make the indoors as peachy as possible, which in my book means organizing my closet.
This is the "clean" closet.
Getting Organized…
Somehow my clothes have taken over three closets…not to mention the storage boxes in the basement. Do I organize my clothes by color, by article, by season, by occasion, or all of the above? Such decisions! I decided the smartest thing to do was to giveaway anything I have not worn in three years…and now to tackle the shoes.
